Long life, and hurrah
Banzai is a Japanese cheer. It means long life, or hurrah, and it is usually called three times with both arms in the air, to celebrate a win or a happy occasion, always with a room full of people.
That is the idea here. Every occasion is worth celebrating, so we cook authentic Japanese food and make our sushi fresh to order. Sit in and enjoy the room and the river views, or take it home with you.
